Manning Park Revisited

We went old school and spent last week camping in the Cascade mountains. We had a full week of hiking, fishing, canoeing and portaging.  And every evening we took in the Naturalist shows at the Amphitheater, learning about bears, wolverines, and the history of Manning Park.  The kids happily kept pace and it was awesome to walk together all the same trails Trap and I did 15 years ago.

Manning will always be a very special place for us...

    Manning is still as beautiful as when Nana & Grampa visited there on our very first trip to beautiful British Columbia many years ago. We are awed by those mountains and my favourite lake was "Lightning" - thanks for the memories
