First Day of Nursery School 2014

On Wednesday September 3rd, our complete family made the familiar walk down to All Saints Nursery School BUT this time for Leo Fisher's first day. He was very proud to walk hand in hand with his big sister escort. Both their excitement was palpable and our beautiful babes walked, ran, posed for funny face photos, balanced, and laughed the entire way.

Then the big red doors opened, with Ms. Jennifer and her welcoming smile.  It was time...

Once his backpack and inside shoes were on, Leo was completely at ease and content to check out his new surroundings.  Places that he always glimpsed from the sidelines during all those Pearl drop offs were now all his to explore.  And he was ready!

Barely a goodbye was given, and the three of us walked home thinking our own thoughts about how our baby Leo is not so baby anymore...

Pearl and I walked back for pick up where Ms. Carmen said:
"Wow Lisa, Leo is so mature.  He knows exactly what he wants."

That's our Leo.  We love him just to bits.  Here's to a fabulous year of Nursery School adventures.
