HALF A YEAR

Leo Fisher turned 6 months December 8th. He rung in half a year with a cold, runny nose, cough and puffy eyes yet still managed to be over the moon beautiful. Thankfully, I was able to capture a few smiles during this bro-sis photo shoot.

Leo Fisher Fogel so far:

* loves Pearl, he saves special giggles just for her and he keeps a close eye on all she does.

* is a happy baby boy. He laughs, squeals and smiles everyday.

* eats apples, bananas, plums (from our tree), peaches, broccoli, squash, sweet potato, roasted red pepper, rutabaga, turnip, avocado, rice cereal, barely cereal, and oatmeal.

* adores bath time and could soak all night if I let him.

* sits for short periods of time.

* puts everything in his mouth and always finishes off a meal by eating our woven grass place mats.

* sleeps through the night.

* spits up on everything (just like Pearl did). This is the only phase I actually wish to hurry up and pass already.

* seriously yells at you if you don't give him a bottle fast enough and usually screams a bit when the deliciousness is over.

* moves all day long and is only still when asleep and even then he moves all over his crib.

* is very nosy and keeps track of everyone and all the house happenings.

* seems to enjoy pulling fistfulls of both Pearl's and my hair out.

* has the brightest blue eyes (identical to Pearl's) that I could stare at all day.

* breathes loudly like a 90 year old man when relaxed, so much so that our doctor has checked him out a few times.

Leo there is just so much. I could go on forever, you are magic, truly amazing and make everyday a gift. Daddy and I are very blessed and we try to remember that with everything we do. You have accomplished so much in such a short time and we are excited to see what your future holds.
