8 Months Today

Happy Birthday Leo. Eight months have passed in a whirlwind and we're loving every minute of it.

Leo at 8 months:

You laugh when Pearl laughs, cry when she cries.
Splashing in the tub makes you squeal in delight.
You have a HEALTHY appetite.
You sleep on your tummy, have been since day 1,
with always your left arm on top of the blanket.
You've had a runny nose for the past few weeks.
You are just starting to make strange with unfamiliar faces.
You love Sophie and rubber duck.
You have fun pulling yourself to standing on the side on the couch, and then hitting the couch.
4 bottles, three meals, two naps everyday.
6:30 bedtime
Its almost impossible to change your diaper, you roll, crawl, scream, get on your knees, everything under the sun but stay still.
You navigate the upstairs step into the bathroom with ease.
The orange lights on the portable phone make you smile.
Your hair in coming in, think you'll be blonde like Pearl.
You prefer to eat unassisted and that's why our floors are in such disarray.

And we are so in love with all of you.
