Leo has been moving ever since those special early days home from the hospital. From pushing off in Nana's arms to lifting his head off my shoulder to improve his view. He is happiest moving, moving, moving, and never stopping during his waking hours.
IT IS CONTSTANT, no joking.
In his high chair, he is kicking and bouncing. During bottle time he is grabbing his toes, swinging his arms, and pulling my hair if I don't tuck it away. In the bath he is crawling, climbing and reaching for new toys. He loves to be chased, and giggles in delight if you stomp after him. He carries toys from room to room, and will roll any ball all over the house.
Try to stop this perpetual motion and you will suffer the consequences. He will scream and scream until the hold is released and movement can resume. So things like getting dressed and diaper changes are a little noisy around here. The change table is seldom used, if you're speedy he'll stand (why lie down?) and bang on the window for 60 seconds or so and then want immediately off.
He has been crawling since December and furniture walking shortly after that. And as of yet, no real interest in taking those first steps or tackling the stairs up to his room. But something tells me this too will come.
Leo Fisher you are a brave, strong and energetic boy who I for one am head over heels for.
