Okanagan Road Trippin'

The Nurse (AKA Auntie Kara) and Uncle Matt arrived at our house on July 2nd. Luckily for us Auntie was able to work some magic with her shifts and treated us all to a visit. This was a special visit as it was Uncle's first time meeting Leo and the two hit it off from day one. We're pretty sure Leo was saying some version on 'Matt' by the end of their stay. We decided to take a little tour and show our guests some of the local sights.

First stop Mission Hill Estate Winery  http://www.missionhillwinery.com/default.asp and Quail's Gate Estate Winery http://quailsgate.com/ for tastings, exploring, shopping and a picnic. 

Above is Leo in Mission Hill's uber expensive cellar.  He sat on this throne while Pearl sang and danced as the acoustics were amazing.  Our cover was eventually blown and shortly thereafter staff put a sign in front of the door saying private or something to that affect...
You mean kids and high-priced bottles of wine don't mix? :)
