Here's how our day shaped up:
We rushed out this morning for school in full costumes and armed with special party snacks.
Pearl was a bumblebee and participated in a school wide costume parade + class party.
Leo and I came home to complete our final decorations.
I witched myself up for school pick up (Pearl and Madame Frost barely recognized me).
Home for Pearl's quick costume change into her white tiger.
Off to Pearl's ninja Halloween party.
Home for snacks and photos.
And then the best part: trick or treating.
As always, first stop was our favourite neighbours Cliff, Michele and Indy. This year Michele even joined us for our walk around the neighbourhood. The kids had a ball cruising the streets and scoring loot. Leo proudly showed off each treat as he collected. Thanks so much for joining us Michele!
One of Pearl's classmates (+ little sister) joined us halfway through our route.
Then home for lighting candles and handing out candy to the big kids.
With some Halloween dance party in between.
A solid teeth brushing.
Watched awesome firework display from roof.
2 Halloween bedtime stories.
Goodnights.
a GREAT big AWESOME day.
Only one way this day could have been any better...we love you Daddy, and miss you lots.
HAPPY HALLOWEEN EVERYONE!
