Pearl ran down the stairs at 5am Christmas morning, making Grampa the winner with his 520am wake up guess. She surprisingly snuggled in bed with us for a few minutes before running to check for presents under the tree. After confirming the arrival of said presents she was off to wake Nana and Grampa. Pearl supervised/helped Nana and Grampa get dressed and was ready to unwrap by 530am. Probably sensing the Christmas magic and his sister's excitement Leo woke up just in time to join us.
We were all spoiled. Our stockings were full of goodies and presents were piled high under the tree. Pearl and Leo assisted in all the unwrapping with breaks for snacking on Nana's warm homemade cinnamon buns and a special Christmas morning brunch.
Merry Christmas to all our loved ones, near and far and thank you so much for all the holiday wishes and packages that were sent. We are very fortunate and ever so thankful.
